United Artists Media Group is an entertainment company founded on September 22, 2014, as a partnership between MGM (which owns a 55% controlling stake in the venture), television producer Mark Burnett, and his wife, actress/producer Roma Downey. Hearst Corporation owns a minor stake via its Hearst Entertainment division.

Logo: A still version of the 1998 United Artists logo, except that below the metallic "UA" insignia, we see the text "UNITED ARTISTS MEDIA GROUP" with a small trademark "TM" symbol next to the letter "P", and below that, "AN MGM COMPANY", both in white. A white line separates the company name and the MGM byline.
