I think that the photos of VHS and DVD versions of CTHE is just the same.

There are differences between those, the DVD version has some of the top present and the VHS doesn't. This makes a little bit of the dark blue parts on the top of the screen not visible. The way to figure out differences is by comparing the logo's adjusted cropping with the DVD and the VHS. To do that, use a photo viewer program like Picasa or something like that and you'll know which one's different and which one's the same for the adjusted Y axis resolution for the logo between the early and the final logos.--Muzzarino 22:18, May 27, 2015 (UTC)

CTHE on LaserDisc[]

I have a very large interest on LaserDisc, and I was wondering if the Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment logo (my personal favorite) ever appeared on the format. Here is what I found:

My conclusion is that there is a EXTREAMLY small possibility that the CTHE logo appeared in a LaserDisc. By that I mean it is more likely to find the T.A.T. shooting star on Crackle than find the CTHE logo on LaserDisc. If you venture out to locate one, then all I have to say is GOOD LUCK

Are you sure it's rare?--Muzzarino 03:10, June 7, 2015 (UTC)
Define rare.

Well, given all that evidence, I swear that CTHE never, ever, made it onto Laserdisc. 98.195.99.11 07:05, June 7, 2015 (UTC)

You will have to check every bit of the laserdisc from the early April to the Laserdisc's distribution end to see if it's there. It should have the logo "Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment" on the laserdisc cover on it.--Muzzarino 16:39, June 7, 2015 (UTC)
I know this is a three-year-old topic, but as I said, "Given ALL that evidence...CTHE never, ever, made it onto Laserdisc". Are you just ignoring the evidence and insisting that one even had the logo? Magnetic1977 (talk) 03:37, June 9, 2018 (UTC)

Ladies and gentlemen...[]

...I give you a rare combination of the "TAKE HOLLYWOOD HOOOOOME!!!" choir and the filmstrip logo that actually exists, preceding a VHS trailer for the 1982 Annie.

TriStar Video[]

I don't expect you guys to reply to me right away, but, I want to ask this question: where can you find the TriStar Video logo, anyway? It's such a rarity you guys found. I didn't know TriStar had a home video company by themselves. :) robe (talk) 03:13, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
