1st Logo
(February 14-March 21, 2003)

Logo: At the end of early DisneyToon films, the text reads:

Produced by
Burbank - Sydney - Tokyo

with various fonts depending on the movie, scrolling into the end credits of the film.

FX/SFX: The scrolling in the closing credits.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the film.

Availability: Seen intact on The Jungle Book 2 and Piglet's Big Movie.

Scare Factor: None.

2nd Logo
(May 20, 2003-August 13, 2010)

Logo: On a white background, a red oval appears. Mickey Mouse peeks out of the oval, then climbs out of it. He proceeds to paint the words:

with "DiSNEY" in it's corporate font. Mickey goes back into the oval, holds his hands up, and turns into a white silhouette Mickey.

FX/SFX: 2D animation. Animated by Andreas Deja.

Music/Sounds: Quiet background sounds, followed by a cartoon-styled theme.

Availability: No longer current. Seen intact on all Disney direct-to-video films, most notably on Tarzan II, Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers, and the first three Tinkerbell/Disney Faries movies.

Scare Factor: None, this is a cute logo.

3rd logo
(August 16, 2012-)

Logo: On a black background,  the light from the top-right corner rotates counterclockwise to reveal "Disney" on the parchment background. The light at the top-left corner turns on to reveal "Toon". The word "S T U D I O S" fades in, zooming forward. It gradiently fades to black.

  • In 2013, beginning with Planes (Closing), the logo is enhanced with "Toons" wiping in with fairy dust.
  • At the end of Planes: Fire & Rescue, the logo is shortened. The light rotates faster, with "S T U D I O S" already there. And "Toon" wipes in after that.

F/SFX: Simple but effective CGI.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme, the opening theme,  or none. For the enhanced variant,  it has a calming violin piece, with sparkly sound effects accompanying the on-screen fairy-dust.

Availability: Seen on newer DisneyToon films, including Secret of the Wings and Planes.

Scare Factor: None.
